Can Bluesky be my origin platform?
Yes. Ferryman can watch a connected Bluesky account for eligible new posts and send them to the destinations selected in your flow.
How does Ferryman connect to Bluesky?
Use your Bluesky handle and a dedicated app password. The app password is revocable and keeps your main Bluesky password separate from Ferryman.
Does Ferryman support custom Bluesky PDS accounts?
Yes. You can provide the URL of an AT Protocol personal data server when connecting the account.
What happens when a post exceeds 300 characters?
When long-post threading is enabled, Ferryman can split longer content into connected Bluesky replies. Otherwise, the selected workflow and destination limits determine whether the post can publish.
Can Ferryman publish Bluesky images and video?
Yes. Bluesky supports up to four images with alt text and eligible video publishing. Source files still need to satisfy Bluesky's upload requirements.
