Send eligible new Clips to X and compatible video destinations selected in the flow.

Authorize the Twitch account that owns the channel and can manage Clip downloads.
Choose X and any compatible video destinations for new Featured Clips.
Ferryman picks up eligible post-enable Clips on its recurring checks.
